THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, one of the region’s leading food trade fairs, has been officially inaugurated by Thailand Prime Minister, Anutin Charnvirakul, at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.

The event is being held from May 26 to 30 at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani exhibition complex in Bangkok, featuring 3,590 exhibiting companies across 6,710 booths from Thailand and 56 other countries.

Jointly organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion under Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Koelnmesse (KM), the exhibition serves as a global platform for business matchmaking, international networking, and fostering long-term partnerships within the food and beverage industry.

Prime Minister Charnvirakul described THAIFEX–ANUGA ASIA as a key driver of Thailand’s food industry and an essential mechanism for supporting the nation’s broader economic and trade ambitions.
He emphasized that the exhibition ranks as the world’s fourth-largest food and beverage trade show and continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening Thailand’s agricultural and food sectors while opening new avenues for exports and investment opportunities for Thai enterprises.

The 2026 edition of THAIFEX is the largest edition ever held, occupying all 12 exhibition halls at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center and spanning over 140,000 square meters of exhibition space. Organizers project the event will generate more than $3.9 billion (THB130 billion) in trade and attract buyers, investors, and industry professionals from over 130 countries around the world.

THAIFEX–ANUGA ASIA 2026 will host trade-only sessions from May 26 to 29, followed by a combined trade and public day with retail sales for general visitors on May 30 at IMPACT Challenger Halls 1–3, IMPACT Forum Hall 4, and IMPACT Exhibition Centre Halls 5–12.
