However, we do keep room for negotiation, particularly for regular PR, GP and advertising agencies.

Additionally, we strive to deliver the best possible experience for both our readers and advertisers. To uphold these standards, we have established the following advertising policy.

ACCEPTABLE ADVERTISEMENTS:

We accept all forms of advertisements from companies, organizations, and individuals that align with our values and mission. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or violates our standards of integrity and transparency.

PUBLISHING NICHE CONTENT:

None of WellMade Network’s eMedia brands will publish articles related to CBD, casinos, simulated sexual activity supplements, pornography, violence, or drugs and anything that is illegal or visibly harmful to society as our Editorial Policy forbids us from the same. Articles falling into other categories such as Loan / Finance / Forex / eMoney etc will be published with disclaimers placed under rare circumstances. In an effort to stay current and progressive, we offer business-related sponsored content or advertorials that match our editorial values and cater to our readers. Sponsored content or advertorials are paid promotional materials aimed at educating our readers about specific products or services. To uphold our commitment to integrity and transparency when showcasing these advertisements, we adhere to the following guidelines.

  • Disclosure: We clearly label all sponsored content or advertorial ads as "Sponsored" or "Paid Advertisement" to distinguish them from our editorial content. We also provide a disclaimer that the views expressed in the sponsored content or advertorial ad are those of the advertiser and not necessarily those of the 'News Portal'.
  • Accuracy and Truthfulness: Sponsored content or advertorial ads must be accurate and truthful. Advertisers must provide verifiable information and sources for any claims made in the sponsored content or advertorial ad.
  • Transparency: We require that sponsored content or advertorial ads are written by the advertiser or a third-party approved by the advertiser. We also require that the relationship between the advertiser and the 'News Portal' is clearly disclosed in the sponsored content or advertorial ad.
  • Relevance: Sponsored content or advertorial ads must be relevant to our audience and align with our editorial content. We reserve the right to reject any sponsored content or advertorial ad that does not meet this criterion.
  • Ad Format: Sponsored content or advertorial ads must comply with our ad format guidelines. We support various ad formats, including but not limited to, display ads, native ads, and video ads.
  • Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage advertisers to review this Policy regularly to stay up-to-date on any changes.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

The ideal length of the sponsored article should be in a range of 600 to 750 words

Multiple images can be added to the same article for readers better understanding

One secured link (reference) leading to the client's authentic website can be added along the content

Articles will remain on the news portal for a period not less than 7 years.

Linking a YouTube video (<5 mins) along with the article can be extremely beneficial for the cause.

We strictly publish original contents and do not support republishing (articles posted elsewhere)

SPONSORED CONTENT (UNLABELLED):

To publish sponsored content or advertorial without labeling them as ‘sponsored,’ ‘Paid Guest Submission,’ ‘Guest Post Contributor,’ or any similar taglines, the following criteria must be followed. No excuses will be accepted. 

EDITORIAL CONTROL:

  • Content will be thoroughly vetted by editorial board members. Then, subject to our editorial control, any content that does not align with our cultural norms, brand values, social values or mission will be removed.
  • We guarantee that the sponsored content or advertorial ads provided by you will not compromise the purpose and context of the ads. But for this, we just need your help in making the necessary changes to align the content with our editorial guidelines.
  • 24 hours should be allowed to study the contents including the validity of the information mentioned in the content. After that, it is edited by our expert content writers as per the news criteria and reaches a level where it can be published as general news without special tags and then it is given to the advertiser for final approval.
  • If the advertiser gives the opportunity to the above, we will treat your sponsored content or advertorial ads as regular news and such articles will appear as regular news on our homepage. Moreover, the reliability of such stories, which have evolved from sponsored content or advertorial ads to news, is 70 to 90 percent. Such news can be used as a reference in places including Wikipedia.

We are unable to publish or download or copy image/ video/ content from any third party cloud storage/ drives/ transfer systems. Therefore, please attach any kind of media and content (Word file) separately to our email inbox. If possible, please include at least two+ images for each piece of content, and also be sure to specify ‘where about’ and courtesy of the image.

PAYMENTS:

Payments have to be made either through PayPal or Direct Transfer to the concerned bank account. Transfers through PayPal will attract additional charges to cover transaction fees and change in exchange rates.

If your company website is at least 3 years old and the email address you contact us with is on the said website domain name, If you have mobile number and WhatsApp number to contact you, no upfront payment is required. If any of these are absent, as learned from past experience, it is certainly not possible to release the ad without paying in advance. If you have the above feature, you don’t have to pay first, but you have to pay within three working days after publishing the content.

ADVERTISEMENT TARIFF:

We are ready to provide you with our ‘General Media Kit’ for our publication when you ask for it. But please note, the final cost of advertising isn’t fixed. It varies based on different factors such as the current market situation, space availability on our website, any potential risks associated with your ad, the way your ad is to be displayed, its visibility requirements in different countries, and the number of publications it will appear in, among other things.
