THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA—Thailand’s leading international food trade fair has officially opened on Tuesday.
The event is being held from May 26 to 30 at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani exhibition complex in Bangkok, Thailand. Recognized as one of Asia’s major food and beverage trade fairs, the exhibition brings together industry leaders, exhibitors, buyers, distributors, and startup founders from around the world.
The event is jointly organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and Koelnmesse (KM), one of the world’s leading trade fair organizers.
Expanding across 12 halls and spanning over 140,000 square meters, ANUGA ASIA 2026 marks the largest edition to date. The event hosts around 1,400 Thai companies occupying approximately 3,500 booths, alongside more than 2,200 international exhibitors from more than 60 countries.

ANUGA ASIA 2026 features a wide range of sectors, including food and beverages, food technology, sweets and confectionery, meat products, frozen food, seafood, and fine food products.
A key addition this year is Hall 4, which combines the New-to-Market Street, the THAIFEX – Anuga Startup Showcase, and products recognized by the THAIFEX tasteInnovation awards, positioning it as a hub for emerging brands, innovations, and buyers.
Furthermore, special programs are held alongside the exhibition, including the Trend Zone, the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2026, and the Future Food Experience, which focuses on emerging trends, culinary excellence, and sustainable food solutions.

The event also hosts expert-led seminars, trend briefings, and knowledge-sharing sessions under the ‘F&B Idea Engine,’ providing insights into changing consumer preferences and developments in food technology. In addition, business matching programs and networking platforms are arranged to bring together buyers, distributors, and exhibitors, supporting sourcing opportunities and fostering international trade partnerships within a dynamic marketplace.
The fair is expected to attract more than 88,000 trade visitors representing around 140 markets, reinforcing its status as one of the region’s major exhibitions for connecting global buyers and suppliers.
Trade visitors will be able to attend the event throughout the five-day schedule, while the final day, May 30, will also be open to the public.
