EXTERNAL LINK POLICY
-
1. Suitability and Content
All external links published on our platform, including but not limited to Dofollow, Nofollow, Sponsored, Rel, affiliate, partner, commercial, or editorial references, remain subject to continuous technical, security, legal, and editorial review. The inclusion of any external link does not constitute endorsement, partnership, ownership, warranty, or any ongoing obligation by our platform.
-
2. Security and Operational Protection
External links must remain fully functional, secure, and consistent with their original anchor text, disclosed purpose, and contextual representation at all times. External destinations must not redirect to modified, misleading, unauthorized, or materially altered content, nor to any material that may compromise user safety, platform integrity, regulatory compliance, or editorial standards.
-
3. Technical and Content Compliance
We reserve the absolute, unrestricted, and sole right, at our discretion and without prior notice, to remove, disable, modify, replace, or deindex any external link if it:
- Becomes inaccessible or technically defective
- Deviates from its represented context or anchor text
- Undergoes unauthorized content modification or structural change
- Creates legal, reputational, editorial, commercial, or operational risk to our platform
- Triggers technical, compliance, or security concerns, including but not limited to 403 Forbidden, 400 Bad Request, 401 Unauthorized, SSL misconfiguration, malware alerts, firewall restrictions, protection system blocks, or similar system level warnings
-
4. Editorial and Platform Discretion
All external links remain subject to our sole editorial judgment and operational control. We may revise link attributes, placement, visibility, classification, or existence at any time to protect platform stability, audience trust, compliance obligations, or business integrity.
-
5.No Reinstatement Rights
Removal, modification, or restriction of any external link shall be final at our discretion. No individual, entity, or third party shall have the right to request, negotiate, compel, or demand reinstatement of any removed link within the same content or elsewhere on our platform.
-
6. Limitation of Obligation and Liability
External links are provided strictly for contextual or informational reference. We assume no responsibility or liability for third party websites, including their content, availability, data practices, security posture, performance, or subsequent changes. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, disruption, reputational impact, or commercial outcome arising from link removal, modification, or access limitation implemented under this policy.
-
7. Evidentiary Priority and Documentation
For all commercial link placements, the issued invoice shall constitute the primary legal document and first evidentiary record. Email correspondence, messaging records, or verbal communications shall be considered supporting documentation only and shall not override, replace, or supersede the legal authority of the issued invoice.
-
8. Payment Terms and Non Refundability
All paid external link placements are strictly final and non refundable. If an external link becomes non compliant, technically defective, altered in content, or triggers any security, legal, editorial, or operational concern, its removal shall not constitute a breach on our part. No refunds, reversals, credits, or compensation shall be provided, as responsibility for maintaining the external destination remains solely with the external party.
