Vietnam’s inaugural Autumn Fair 2025, the largest event of its kind, officially commenced on October 25 at the Vietnam Exposition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi.
Spanning more than 130,000 square meters, the fair features distinctive products from 34 provinces and cities across the country, aiming to strengthen business connections, develop supply chains, and boost domestic consumption.
Running from October 25 to November 4, the national-scale fair is recognized for its six outstanding features: the largest scale, most modern space, most diverse product range, highest quality, most attractive activities, and best promotional offers.
At the fair, Nguyen Anh Nguyet, owner of the Phuong Nguyet dried shrimp workshop in Ca Mau, introduced the province’s signature dried shrimp to northern consumers for the first time.

She noted that while Ca Mau is famous for its crab, its dried shrimp remains lesser known in the north, and such fairs create valuable opportunities for business growth.
From Hue City, local artisans displayed traditional handicrafts showcasing cultural landmarks. Wood sculptor Tran Van Ngo described the fair as the largest he had ever attended and an ideal venue to meet new clients and partners.
Pham Thi Lan, Director of Supply Chain at Canifa Fashion, said the event serves as an important platform for promoting Vietnamese fashion.
Canifa plans to hold targeted business-matching programs to connect with domestic distributors, international buyers, and sustainable material suppliers, advancing its global export ambitions.

Representing Da Nang City, Huynh Xuan Son from the Department of Industry and Trade said the city presented its top OCOP products, including Ngoc Linh ginseng and Hoa Tho apparel.
He expressed hope that participation would help Da Nang’s enterprises expand market access and establish new international partnerships.
Vu Ba Phu, Director of the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that the Autumn Fair is intended to evolve into a regional and international trade hub.
The 2025 edition expects to host 300 foreign delegations for import–export activities and 20 specialized conferences.
Phu added that the event, projected to attract around 500,000 visitors, not only promotes trade and production but also showcases Vietnam’s economic potential and cultural identity to global partners.
